ICL-Icon Extractor 4.01 is a practical tool to take total control of the icons in your PC. It lets you scan all your hard drive, listing all the icons it finds (so you´ll find them quickly).



You can also download icons from the Internet, extract them from the principle icon libraries (ICO, CUR, ANI, EXE, ICL, DLL, SCR, IL, NIL, DCR, RES, OCX, VBX, DPL, BPL, etc) and also from ZIP or RAR compressed files.



Once extracted you can classify them and order them into different collections, personalize the standard Windows icons, or export them to ICO, PNG or BMP formats, or directly to the clipboard.
